Board of Education for sale in the UK

Hi all,

I've been playing with the BS2 for a few months now using the trusted good old
BoE. I'm now looking to upgrade to a INEX-1000 bells and whistles board. So I
thought I'd see if anyone UK based wanted to buy my old BoE (I say old its only
3 months old and is in perfect condition). Price is £25 including first class
postage. If anyone abroad wants it then fine but you'll have to pay the shipping
and it will probably be cheaper to get one direct from Parallax or your local
supplier!!!

    £25 eh? possibly, will delivery be insured? Or will that be
    down to me? If there's any documentation, does that come
    with it? if so to both questions then i might be interested.

    The documentation for the BOE is a free download on our web site, so it
    shouldn't matter if Kev has a printed version.

    Only thing is I phoned Milford instruments (as far as I know the only UK
    Parallax reseller) and they want £160 ($260) for the INEX-1000 with // LCD
    but NO power suppy..!!
    Which I thought was a bit on the steap side. Parallax list it at $179 (£109)
    and this includes a US power supply... I've even found it at 200 Canadian
    Dollars (£80!!)

    So does anyone know of anywhere else in the UK I could get one from, ideally
    without power supply or lcd as I want to use serial LCDs...
