What is the speed of shiftin and shiftout commands?
i.e. how many bits per second?

    BS2 Manual version 2.0c, pg 313.
    BS2 calls out 16 KBit/Sec (14 uS High, 46 uS low)
    BS2sx calls out 42 KBits/Sec (5.6 uS high, 18 us low)
