hi everyone,
I have one ac adaptor powering my bs2sx and another ac adaptor
powering a bob-III video overwrite board. I am trying to have my
bs2sx talk to the bob-III via serout and serin commands. Do the
grounds from both ac adaptors have to be wired together for this to
work, or would connecting the grounds from two seperate ac adaptors
blow something up? the ac adaptors are plugged into my wall power
outlets and put out +11 and +10V respectively. Thanks.

The DC grounds should be tied together
[Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
with the TX and RX wires between the two boards
-- and it would be nice to put that in, just to
lessen the cross-talk on TX and RX lines.
And also, you can tie the two wall-wart
DC grounds together.
