Trying Eagle...

Ciao,
I'm trying Eagle for drawing my schematic & pcb. But I'm encountering a strange
problem: when I choose the COPY command for copying a symbol (a resistor, a
transistor or what else) previously picked from a library and placed into the
schematic, as I select the symbol an error message appears telling me that
"can't copy gates".
Obviously, the help didn't help me (it tells me that the COPY command can be
used for the action that I'm trying).
Could anybody suggest me where I'm probably doing a mistake?
Thanks in advance.
Alberto.

Don't know where your mistake is but you may want to consider trying <A

to 'copy' the gate, then you would, in essence, be trying to connect
two different parts of your circuit to the same gate. Just select
one of the other gates in the package. Its that simple.
