Anyone know of digital camera that is easy to hack and control with a stamp,
preferably one with macro capabilities. I'm planning on using the Vivitar
Vivicam 3665, but if anyone has done this before and as any suggestions I'm
open for comments.

search the net for "trail cameras" . there are several sites that have tutorials
and diagrams on how to do it.

All you ever needed to know can be found here:

    http://www.jesseshuntingpage.com/forums/index.php?s=361a0dd2a72352d60216
    ece27fec6d8c&act=SF&f=50

(I'm pretty sure it will word wrap, so cut and paste it carefully)

I've also hacked several cameras not listed on the site, its actually
pretty easy. I just shorted different connections on the camera itself
via a stamp pin and but it worked great.

Thanks everyone. It doesn't look that complicated, which is nice to know
before ripping open a new digital camera. . .

The older Kodak cameras (DC20/25/40/50) and I think the 200 series below the 260

can be controlled with simple serial commands.
