Hi Steve,
Here is a thermistor app note for the Stamp using interpolation.

The example is for a Unidata thermistor probe, 3kohms at 25 Celsius.
Measurement grade thermistors follow the defined curve very closely,
so a one-point calibration might be enough. Watch out for
self-heating of the thermistor if it is really small.
