Depends on what you want to do. If you want to write an application
that talks to the Stamp through the serial port, yes you can do that.
If you want to write your basic stamp code in VC++ and use that IDE to
download it to the Stamp, well, you can probably do that too, but that
seems like quite a project. If you want to create a Linux kernel in
order to run Star Office on a Basic Stamp, then no - I'm pretty sure
you can't do that.
