Stamp to PC

I've been reading some articles about Stamp to PC communication via
MSComm. I want to connect my Stamp to PC but I can't find MSComm in
my Visual Basic 6 Pro version.
Does anyone know where I can find it?

    You need to add it to your project. Select Project, the Components, then
    check the MSComm control in the list and click Apply.

    My son has a program on a stamp that he has lost the original
    program for. Is there any way to get the program from the stamp to
    the PC?

    No. What is in your BASIC Stamp is compiled byte codes and cannot be
    recovered as source.
