closed loop control using basic stamp - DIN controller

Actually, a simple PID controller would be more than enough.

This is only one vendor, there are litteraly hundreds of these styles
and they come in various styles of outputs. and dozens of
manufacturers.
check you local listings, and possibly E-bay.
the nice thing is that the PID is on-board and pre-programmed and the
units have a display. all for usually under $200.00.
another nice thing is that the newer ones will self tune ! they will
upset the system and then self load the values so that it will self
determine the P and the I and the D for your exact system.
You can do the same thing with a Stamp, but in this case, it seems
the user in interested more in getting control than the hobby of
using the Stamp.
