HIP4080A & HIP4081A - where can I buy them?

I'm having trouble finding Intersil's Bridge Driver's (ref the Nuts & Volts
Column #52)

They have (4) links on their sites for distributors, but none of them stock
them. They claim to still be in production, any ideas where I can buy some
of them?

(if you suggest using a different driver, please tell me where I can find
an example of said circuit, as I don't know what I'm doing [noparse]:)[/noparse]
