Hi,
I need to drive a MOSFET with a very crisp signal. 100uS on time and
100uS off time. independantly adjustable.
I was looking at driving a Schmidt trigger into a totem pole to let
the switching be fast, but I can't find any good references to the
circuit. Art of Electronics is leaving me a little blank on the
subject.
can anyone point me to a good circuit description ?
This is part of the overall board, and the BS2 will be monitoring the
pulsed voltage and be controlling the pulse frequencies by adjusting
RC setting the timing of a 555. So far, I expect to change the
resistor via a serial resistor. also, the BS2 will be change the
ranges by switching which cap will be in curcuit.
