"Basic Analog and Digital, version 1.2" Ready for review!

Dear Stampers,

We are finishing the revision of "Basic Analog and Digital" and we'd
like to receive your comments before sending this new version for
printing.
We updated the code to the new PBASIC 2.5, and we improved graphics
quality and formatting style.
