Just getting started with Basic Stamps
I can write a program to the stamp and then debug the program. The
program will get downloaded normaly sometimes and at other times
there is an errormesage that states that the stamp is recognized but
download failed and to check the power supply.
Setup uses a Super carrier board with a BS2 installed. Computer is a
Compaq 2701 with a BAFO USB to Serial adapter. A serial cable was
made according to instructions in BStamp manual. I have used
different power supplies including a 9 volt battery and everything
looks good? I notice that there is -3.91 vdc on pin-1 and -8.28 vdc
on pin-2 of the BS2. These voltages appear only when the computer is
on and operating.
