Is posible full control of step motor with some module of basic
stamp ?????

    Stepper control can be very simple, or complex.

    a stepper motor only needs you to contorl some sequence.

    the faster you want to go, the harder it gets. microstepping would
    require turning on the gates of the transistors to percentages of
    full current, so becomes more complex.

    A chopper style, with cuttent feedback gets real difficult.

    An easy way is to use something like an Alegro chip and let that act
    as a motor driver and let the Stamp send the signals.

    Alegro has a few chips available.
