IRDA with a Stamp

Has anyone done irda communication using a Basic Stamp? I would like
to get a BS2 to talk to my PDA over IR. Has anyone done this?

I did a little with it. What I did was I had an IR recieving unit (the digital
kind with three pins) and an IR LED. The IRDA is sent at a slow baud rate and I
can't find my notes where I had figured it out. But, just try different ones
untill the SERIN command will give you something worth while. Now,
communicating to the PDA from the BS2 is different. I was going to do that but
didn't have time. I am still looking for a good BASIC programming compiler for
the Palm OS. If you know of any let me know. But, I have seen some that will
support infrared data (I/O). I'm not too much of a help, but maybe you'll get
it. If you get some stuff working well, let me know. Keep me updated at:
