BS2 for $39 ????

The link below is selling bs2's for $39. Is there something I different,
remanufactured parts or something????

Before now, I have never seen a bs2 for less than the "standard" $50.

Beats me what the catch is, but its the exact same photo of the BS2 as on
the Parallax web site.

greetings,
these guys at the link below sell stamps, and not just
a book in this case, slightly cheaper than anyone else
i have seen. ~$44 USD ($40+4 shipping) total for a
BS2 delivered from canada. i believe that they
purchase from parallax in quantity and then pass the
savings on, just my theory though. i have never
actually ordered since i still have a small stockpile,
they look reputable though. have a good one.
