Update to displaying images with CMUcam

I guess I forgot to mention but when I unstrapped the 9600 baud, I
left it at 115200 baud on the board. The max232 chip was placed on
the PCB and thus the communication go into the TTLin (pin 11) of the
Max232, and out to the computer on the RSout (pin12). Communication
the other way goes into RSin (pin13) of the Max232 and out the TTLout
(pin 14) of the Max232 chip.
