Keyboard output to multiple PC''s with the stamp?

So, Al. Apparently a keyboard's clock rate is approx. 10-20 KHz.
Your understanding is that I should be able to fire the clock pin at
a slower rate I can control with my BS2 and the PC should accept it?
The PC doesn't have any kind of timeout? If so, this doesn't look so
bad at all.
I found a good FAQ here:
http://www.repairfaq.org/filipg/LINK/PORTS/F_Keyboard_FAQ.html
If the PC will accept keyboard data at my pace, it sounds like all I
need to do is watch for it to be ready for data, then use the clock
pin to send scan codes and key codes.
