NTE1774 Motor Control IC

Does anyone have more detailed information on the NTE1774 IC than is
available on the NTE Website. They give pinout names but no details
on what is inside or truth tables on input output relationships. I
want to interface this chip to the drive motors on my robot and have
the Stamp control it.

I used this Chip before: http://www-s.ti.com/sc/ds/sn754410.pdf
it is a bit similar to Your NTE1774 (besides EN Pin) but with more
information.
Maybe it helps to understand and to use Your one
