Try the HG25504NG-01 Graphics display LCD sold by Allelectronics.com
for about $18 bucks. Uses a SED 1330F controller.
It is 512x128 pixel, build-in char generator.

In ref to my previous message, I am using the BS2P to program Text
and Graphics data on the HG25504NG-01.
Also I am using the EEPROM (256K) which comes with the Timer.X series
I2C based sold by hi-techgarage.com to storage the huge amounts of
data required to drive a 320x200 format I am using.
