DTMFOUT to a ham radio mic input

I would like to use the DTMF capability of the Stamp to send DTMF
codes over a handheld ham radio for a weather balloon project. There
are three circuits in the Stamp manual, one evidently for a line-
level output to an amplifier. Can anyone recommend a circuit that
would interface the Stamp output to a microphone input?
