basic stamps and VB

hi everybody,

i would like to know how i can control a basic stamp using a visual
basic application: sending high and low signals from a VB
application through serial port to a basic stamp.

any suggestions?ideas?

Mohammad,

Serial data is serial data no matter what program produces it and I/O is
I/O. If you take care to produce proper data and limit voltages on the I/O
you can control the stamp with anything including VB. I've built stamp
circuits which are controlled by PLC's, switches, serial data from PC's and
Pocket PC's running windows CE.
