Hi,
I was looking for a device which can drive a couple of opto-
isolators. I am new to the BASIC stamp idea/concept. Can anyone tell
me if I can use the BASIC Stamp 2p to generate pulses or pulse bursts
of a certain width.

VB

You need to be a bit more specific. All BS2 micros have a PULSOUT function
that allows them to generate a pulse on a specified IO pin. The resolution
is speed-dependent and varies from Stamp-to-Stamp.

BTW ... you can download our manual and other documentation at no charge.
Check out our web site (www.parallax.com).
