Power Fail pin of DS1305

I am interfaceing the DS1305 Real-Time-Clock with my bs2 and I am
curious to know if I can leave the power fail pin floating or if I
should provide it a load. The pin is active low and is only driven
low if the supply voltage falls 0.2 volts below the backup supply. I
haven't decided if I will be using this feature, although, if I
choose not to, I would appreciate anyone's input on what to do with
the pin.
Thanks,
Kevin
