Has anybody ever tried to connect the wind vane from fascinating
electronics to the stamp? I'm having problems condensing the
programme as I've run out of space (I also have five other
instruments connected). Thanks for any help, advice, or
recommendations. Caryatnid.

I've used both the wind vane and the anamometer with
good results. I didn't have much else in the program
so didn't have a room problem, but did find the
anamometer had a bit of a noisy switch contact and had
to buffer it with a 555 to get just the two counts per
rev. I was using the COUNT function and got as many
as 40 counts per rev raw. Just something to watch
    for. Good luck.
