Connecting Stamp to Internet with MWS?

Has anyone connected Stamp to Internet?
For example, sent email, or received email via Internet?
I've downloaded Micro Web Server from Parallax site, but there is no
documentation at all (not on website, CD, download etc.)
Does anyone have some experience or knowledge about how to connect
Stamp to Internet with MWS (or anything else)?
Besides email, what else can you do with MWS? Can I monitor (data
acquisition) and control something (such as a motor or heater) over
Internet using MWS?
If anyone has done such work or knows where to point, I would really
like to hear from you.

The documentation has one or two Stamp examples. In addition, our
document library has an application note about using it with a caller ID
modem.
Netporter can serve Web pages, send them via FTP, e-mail, or store them
on your local file system. In addition, you can command Netporter (and
connected devices) via Telnet if you want.
We recently had a customer who is using Netporter to connect remote
weather stations via modems and serve the data on the Web. In addition,
look for some Netporter-related hardware from us in the next few weeks.
