SV: [basicstamps] Basic stamp 2 SX - serial communication logger?

Greetings!
I'm not certain about the software part, but the hardware is simple enough.
If you use one of the available boards from Parallax you just need a
'null-modem' cable between the reader and the board.
Then it's probably just a question of using the SERIN command.
:-)

Hello,
I am in trouble:
I have magnetic card reader with DB9 Jack.
When a card is swiped the readers sends the data to PC
Is it possible to connect the card reader to BS2SX,
and the data to be stored in it's eeprom?
The reader sends data at 9600, no parity.
I need ny sample code and schematic.
Thanks in Advance.
