Need help with Stamp DAQ

G'day eveyone,
Im having trouble getting StampDAQ with my computer Im using Excel
2002(10.2614.2625), Windows 98(4.10.2222.A), I already lowered my macro security
level to "low" and yet it didnt work, whenever I press ctrl+s StampDAQ window
doesnt show up rather it saves the workbook.And whenever I open StampDAQ thru
its StartMenu its shows this message after excel has started up.
"Error Accessing file: Network connection may have been lost"
I dnt have any connection (LAN,Net or whatsoever) to any computer on that
computer
I hope someone will help me,
