remote control relay by DFTM

Hello,
I am new to group, looking for a remote control relay by telephone device. I
heard it is possible to design and build one with basic stamp. I could find some
information on basic stamp data sheets. But they are not really what I am
looking for.
I want the remote control relay by telephone device to be able receive call,
and turn on and off relays by DTFM tone transmit to it after it received the
authorization code. It also should be able to response the status of the relay
(on or off) by DTFM tone.
The last thing it should do is to generate DTFM if it receives any signal from
one of its I/Os.
Anyone has any idea if such a device is already made and can be purchase?
If it is not designed and made, Can anyone help me to design and build one? I
will pay for the help.
