High Temp AD592 type sensor

Does anyone know of an AD592 type temperature sensor that will handle
150C temps? I'd like to use a current probe to try and get away from
using an ADC. TIA!

    Sure! The original AD590 in a TO52 (two-lead metal can) package is
    rated for operation from -55 to +150 degC. It is one of the most
    completely characterized parts in electronics. For $$ you can
    purchase mil spec devices qualified for space flight (something we
    are painfully aware of at the moment).
