    Yes, someone does, somwhere.

    But seriously, thats a *very* open question. Servos? Steppers?
    Straight DC? Open loop, closed loop? Digital encoders? Analog
    encoders (pots?) interpolation? all axis moving at once? Can you
    move one at a time a little bit then jump to the next, and do this
    fast so it appears its moving at the same time? Same moving sequence
    or random?

    The list goes on.....

    Start with a FAST stamp!

    Yes the www.newmicros.com ISOPOD can do this using the www.lynxmotion.com
    robot arm. They have code to make it work as well. The ISOPOD can do
    acceleration and velocity based movements as well.
    Also at www.lynxmotion.com they have a basic stamp version as well. I think
    they provide some code examples to get you going.

    If your talking about a big robot arm, you need to be good at it, because
    they get complicated real quick and dangerously.
