event timer for turning target for pistol shooting

I am new here, and am developing a pistol shooting event timer that
drives a R/C transmitter to rotate a target and a voice playback IC
to issue range commands. The turning target is driven by a cordless
screwdriver thru a R/C reciever scrounged from a radio shack toy
car. The transmitter works fine but I want a cordless battery
opperated device that will give the voice commands and control the
r/c transmitter. I think stamp 2 is the answer - anyone work out a
sequencing program that I can addapt to my project? The time
duration for each shooting sequnce is about 30-45 seconds and then
is repeated a second time with a selectable 10 or 20 second shooting
period. I use to program in basic on my TRS80 back in the early
eighties but am more than a little rusty and a bunch older.

that uses a keyfob trasmitter, a voice module for the
commands, and a BasicStampII to control it all. The
targets are turned with 110 VAC solenoids though a
solid state relay controlled by the stamp. If you are
interested in how I did it let me know.

I am always interested in custom applications such as your project.
Please give more detail how you did it, challenges etc.
