Establish connection between BS2 and mobile phone

I would like to construct a connection between BS2 and my mobile
phone, I am using siemens S35i, and as your information, mobile phone
is a kind of air modem which transmit signal wirelessly.
Nnow that I would like to use AT command to send SMS via BS2
which is link to the mobile phone, may be the application is just
similiar to what is done by using cemetek modem.
But cemetek modem needs only TxD and RxD pin connected to BS2 in
order to execute AT command but in turns, how mobile phone should be
CONNECTED to BS2? this is a big problem that I need to solve before I
could execute AT command.
Please help me in this matter by providing any information or
possible solution from you all, I would greatly appreciating all
informations or suggestions !
