Greetings!
The OWIN and OWOUT commands are documented in the latest editions of the
manual.
Try downloading the latest .PDF file from www.parallaxinc.com to read about
them.
No, the SX and the P are altogether different models.
(Also documented in the manual)
There's no easy Software solution to accessing 1-Wire on a BSII.
You could connect a DS2480(b) 1-Wire driver chip to the BSII, though, and
use normal 9600 serial commands.
(Download the .PDF for that from Dallas Semiconductors for usage)
But the BS2P is the neatest solution.
(Not to mention that if you're planning anything of any size, the extra
EEPROM space and 128Bytes RAM helps :-)
Alternatively, the BS2Pe has the same functions but loads more EEPROM space
and draws considerably less power. (But runs slower)
:-)

Reply to my self.....
This OWout and OWin commands used for 1 wire-com are not to be found
in my BS2-book.
Is the BD2p stamp the same as BS2Sx stamp?
Is there any simple way to still use my old BS2 to the DS2401 with
some sort of conversion?
Thaks again for replay....
