Noise cancellation

Has anyone built or looked into a noise cancellation application for
the stamp(e.g. noisy tools like a router). I was thinking of real
time sampling and inverse output to an audio amp. Is the stamp right
for this or is it overkill.

wannabes) would be fast enough for this kind of app -- and you may not even
need a micro at all. An audio circuit that inverts the "noise" source and
mixes into the "clean" source may do the trick.
