9v battery charger - need help

I need to charge a 9v nimh battery in my robot.
Written on the battery is "charge at 15mA for 14 hours"
It does not say what voltage to use. 9v? 12v?
Anyone have schematics for a 9v battery charger ?
how do I setup a current limiting circuit without knowing the
battery load ?
Thanks,
Shachar Weis

Perhaps it would be prudent to follow the manufacturers suggestion.

I have found the LM317 IC to be useful as a current regulating charger.
Most datasheets available at suppliers like DigiKey will suggest various
    circuit configurations.

    Good luck
