Eagle & PCB Express

From the PCB Express (not Express PCB, that is a different company)
web site they indicate that they accept EAGLE generated GERBER
files. To generate the files I need to have the DRC rules file, the
Routing Control file and the CAM control file.

Does anyone have these control files that they would be willing to
share?
They are the *.dru , *.ctl and *.cam files.

I can create then but I hate reinventing the wheel.

Thanks,
Phil

These files are the result of Eagle software processing your board file.
Just read the tutorial at Eagle (CADsoft). It is easy once you do it once
or twice. Eagle also has user language programs (ULP) for making outline
files for CNC routing, etc. Email me offlist if you have any questions,
    Dan

Actually, I think, the files I referred to are the control files.
The *.DRU file defines the design rules (Min spacing Etc.), the *.CTL
defines the autoroute rules (Route directions, cost factors, 45's
Etc.) and the *.CAM file defines the CAM Processor control(Output
type and layer definitions). These files are necessary (Eagle
provides default ones) for each step in the process.

I was hoping that someone could tell me if the default files are
sufficient or could provide me with a modified set.

    Thanks,
    Phil
