Simple Circuit Diagrams for Controlling DC Motors...

I have a need to construct a circuit that controls a (12V-7.5amp)DC
Motor. Can anyone share a circuit diagram and/or PBASIC code for
controlling motor speed and direction (I need to toggle between CW
and CCW).
