Revisions to Co-Processor and Sensor boards - Your help needed

Hi,

My company is coming out with an AppMod board to add our Co-Processor
to a Board of Education, Toddler, or Sumo. The details and photos of
the prototype are shown on http://www.bluebelldesign.com/AppMod1.htm.

Since the prototype, the other 4 servo controller channels have been
brought out to connectors. They will be a set of 4 like the first 4
but facing rearward because of space considerations.

I wondered what all of you think would be improvements to the product
designs before we tool the boards for production.

Of particular interest,

1. What types of connectors between the boards would you like for
maximum flexibility. A single cable like shown or separate wires?

2. How would the sensor board best be mounted? As shown or using the
screws that hold the front of the BoE?

3. What parts belong on which boards for maximum flexibility when
using the boards separately. The Sensor board might not be needed on
a Toddler and a sensor board alone should also be good for a BoE-Bot.
{not as good as the pair of course :)}

4. Any other functionality needed?

5. Your ideas to make the boards better.

Thank you

Harry
