Setting-up and communication between Stamp and Visual Basic 6.0 program

Setting-up and communication between Stamp and Visual Basic 6.0
program that will store transfered data into a file that can latter
be transfered into a spreadsheet. I'm not that familar with the usual
technical lingo, please "spell" things out for me, (as how to set up
the MSComm and whatever else) I appreciate any help! John

    go to this link and look for program

    adcon1.bas for the stamp

    and a visual basic file to recieve the data

    Have you tried using StampDAQ yet? It's a pre-made VBA excel
    application for dumping data from the Stamp to an Excel spreadsheet.
