(OT)Gerber file to CNC router

I have an Eagle PCB file that I need to convert to a usable file for a
homemade CNC router. The CNC router path needs to be isolated from the
traces (trace outline). I haven't had any luck finding a cheap software
that can do this (LPKF laser has a great one but I don't even want to know
how much it costs, $500 for lite version without export capability). There
are many software systems that output a file for the traces, I need a file
that corresponds with the outline of the traces (gerber, HPGL, etc).
Thanks, Dan :)

    Dan,
Here's a user level program I wrote (no support included!) that will
generate multiple paths for a CNC mill around all of the nets on a board. It
may be what you want, it may not be. But it is a great place to start from
in any case. It outputs HPGL, two files, one for the top of the board and
    one for the bottom.

Just save that file and rename it aoutlines.ulp and you can run it then.
    Enjoy!

    Brian,
Thanks, I will give it a try and let you know how it works!

Yes it does, but Eagle does not do isolation around the tracks. Photo
plotters place the actual track on the board, CNC routers need to follow a
path on the outline of the tracks...
