Stamp Editor Software Dramas

I have a new computer, and need to install the stamp editer software
for windows on it. Have lost my disk [noparse]:([/noparse]

I have tried to install it from the software available on the
parallax website, but when I go to install it i get error
1611 "unable to extract file".

Does anyone know where I can get a working copy of the stamp editer?

I downloaded the SW from the web site and it worked for me. Ae you
sure you are using a supported OS?

I have since downloaded the "stampw" program, and it installed ok.
