OT - Looking for subsitute transistor

Slightly OT, but some one on this list should be able to help.

I need to find a subsitute transistor for a Japanese B1335A
(assume it is actually a 2SB1335A). It's a PNP in a TO220
package, with a protection diode across the emitter and
collector. If there is an equivalent with no diode, that is not a
problem, can just mount one externally.

Any ideas, pointers to web site?

cheers,

Ben.
