Editor''s HELP doesn''t work on my NT machine

Hello Al,
My Help file is not working with Stampw.exe 1,246,726 07/24/2002 Editor
v1.33 and Help.exe 215,552 12/04/2001 in the v1.33 built directory. This is
a WinXP machine.
The Help File looks broken.
I know I used the Editor software in August 2002, but I am not sure I ever
tried to use the Help.exe until I tested it today.
