Basic Stamp 2 Sensor

Hello,

I want to be able to monitor temperature in an enclosed area. I want
to use the stamp 2 to control the temperature sensor. Then the stamp
to give information to my PC, to be analysed and be displayed on a
website.


How would i implement this?
What is the best temperature sensor to use?
