best way to get PC boards from ExpressPCB to aboard house

i found you cant turn the grid off so i replaced them with small pads (makes
less copper you have to etch).
this turned out to very handy because on the larger free areas you have
somewhere to add things you forgot.
i also noticed that when i printed the board out it was slightly smaller
than optimum so i photocopied it at 105% and slightly lighter to get rid of
the grey.
i then copied it onto transparent sheet.
worked like a charm.
