switching a 24vac relay - think I have the answer, the LCA110

Spotted this little beauty at a visit to Active Components,
searching for something to switch these silly 24vac relays with. I'm
still bloody confused about the SSRs, triacs/drivers etc. When I
spotted this opto-relay I got all excited.
Here's a datasheet for an identical part from Aromat.

What do you think?
The relay I have to switch is a releco C2-A20, 92ma load. The LCA110
is rated at 120ma constant and 1A peak. Think this will do the job?
