Help with programing lock-up

I am running windows ME and have had no problems downloading programs
into my stamps. Until today. I am using vers 1.33 of stamp software
and have no problem inditifying the stamp with the ID button. But
when I try to download a full program I have been getting the dreaded
blue screen. Any body have similar problems? What might have changed?
