can someone point me in th right direction??

I have my LCD screen functioning perfectly, but I want to make my own
characters, I know how to do it, but I can only find 2 spots in memory to
store them, therefore I can only store two homemade characters. these spots
are %00001010, and %00000010, any other spot i try doesn't let me save them
there, can someone help me, cause I'm wure there must be more space for
them. I hate to say this, but could you put answers in laymans terms for
me, I am new to this!
