Has anyone used the BS2 to encode PL (CTCSS) I am building a repeater
controller and I see no reason why I can not generate 100.0 Hz with the
stamp. What level do the tones come out at ? Does it very with frequency
or is it flat ? I'm looking at the documentation again so I may find
some of the answers. New to group please be kind.

Hello Robert
I'm also new to this group, you may try looking at this wed site
www.cmlmicro.com/products/index.htm. I believe this company has a lot
of info about CTCSS, I think they use to be Mxcom Corporation. it has
been a number of years since i have done any design work but I know
that these IC's can be interfaced with the stamp ic. I have design
intercom systems using these and the motorola mcu 68705 ic i don't
have any code for the stamp on this, but maybe this will help. I also
have design a multi station intercom using the basic stamp. Good Luck.
